talk about what we're about to. Patience. We're not good at it. We're not good at it. We need

me a lot to remember to stop and breathe. And it's fascinating to me to notice that it sends me

reminders when I'm in these kind of stress worked up moments. It's fascinating how it's reading

my body and reminding me just stop for a moment and breathe. That's so funny. I was thinking the

exact same thing when I was last trying to think of what's helping me be patient and I'm not sure

anything is. But if there's anything right now, it's the same idea. It's just stopping and breathing.
