chai, tell stories, and talk about being Muslim in America.

This episode is coming out on Trump's inauguration day, and, you know, that's obviously on everybody's mind.

So I wanted to take this episode to talk about taking care of yourself

and get some advice about how to stay sane and process all of this in the weeks and months and

years ahead.

I think it would really behoove many in the Muslim community to think about studying the history

of protests and civil rights in this country.

If you see something, you better, you better say something. protests and civil rights in this country.

Then we're going to call up the BuzzFeed U.K. office to have some laughs and check in with some brand spanking new Muslim memes.

I guess the best way to describe it is, as people have done on Twitter, is a little bit of halal with a little bit of haram.

But first, before all that, I want to invite some guests in the studio to ask about what's going on for them this week.
