The issue with the Rolex, the issue with the ring, which of course was never was never found and even her own testimony since then, it just looks like the state told her what to say.

When this thing goes according trial, I have one shot more opportunity to be not guilty or I go to prison in death row.

That's the reality of it.

We have busted alibis, we have caught people in line.

This is just insane because everybody's pointing the finger at somebody else.

You just don't hear every day walking in somebody's house or going to take the plastic out and pop somebody.

So he could get the execution date pretty much any day?

Episode 13. Finding Amy.

Amy Betcher was the state's star witness.

In the very first episode, you heard an actress read Amy Betcher's witness statement.

And like I said, there were problems with her statement and we'd be breaking it down later in greater detail.

Well, this is the episode we'll do just that.

Even though Amy's statement didn't make a whole lot of sense, it was tough to prove that she was lying.

But now that the Rolex watch had been located, that was proof that she had lied and her statements to police.

And in November of last year, I went up to Minnesota in an attempt to locate and interview Amy Betcher.

It was time to find out what else she was lying about in this case.

I wasn't the only one up in Minnesota, though, for this investigation.

You may remember hearing the retired Dallas police officer Susan Eichenberg and season one.

She was one of the first responders at James and Amy Kitchen's house once their bodies were found.
