Hello and welcome to another edition of So Dejirker on songwriting.

Today, seven-time Grammy-winning vocalist performer and songwriter Al-Giro

joins us to talk about the writing of some of his

greatest songs but first I think we just wanted to mention a couple of things.

Yeah we're actually just back from another interview with BBC radio where we

talked about the podcast we played a couple of songs and

discussed our work in general and we did it all live without the aid of a safety net.

So that was a lot of fun and also you may remember a few weeks ago we ran a competition on
