Here we go. Here we go. Dipping into November. Holy Toledo, how did that happen? I know. Time is a weird weird thing and we always get caught up in the cliches of can you believe it I think it was really fast I think it was really short

whatever it is it's an adjustment,

and the only adjustment we need around here is it's food time.

So whatever state of being you are in right now, whatever your love handles are,

whatever your boobs are, whatever your puffy face is this is kind of this is kind of as good as it's going to get and you may try and maintain you may try and fight off some pounds, but this is it, kids.

We're heading into baked goods, weather, holiday weather, end of the year, all that shenanigans.
