For me personally, I'm easily distracted when I read my Bible or pray.

So writing down my study notes and writing out my prayers really helps me stay engaged as I

seek to meet with the Lord.

And the journal gives you some prompts to aid you in Bible study, some additional helpful

resources, and space to record your prayers. It's always neat to flip back and see how God

answered them later on. Whether you're journaling along with us, reading the daily divos online,

or just listening to the podcast, I'm glad we're all reading our Bibles together.
