Hi, everyone.

It's Sally Clarkson and I'm back again with my podcast at Home with Sally and Friends and

I'm so happy going through this book on your life because I think at the beginning of

a new year, it's always good to regroup and to think through exactly what you want to

have happen in your life.

I want to be purposeful and intentional because sometimes the flurry of activities and the

constant daily demands of people, whether it's our husband's children, family, parents,

co-workers, whatever, life demands a lot of us.

And in order to live in peace and with a sense of kind of well-being in our souls, there

are just issues that I think every year we have to go through and think about.

Get rid of the soul clutter, as I mentioned earlier in my blog post and podcast and soul

clutter are the things that you don't even mean to that you store up.

Maybe about attitude, maybe hurt feelings, maybe guilt or shame or insecurity or fear of

what other people will think if they really know your story.

If we don't shine a light on those places, they will fester and grow and they will surround

our hearts with a vague darkness.
