Pubcast. I'm Les and I'm Tanner. My son this week came in to my office when I had come home and I was putting some stuff like in my backpack or something like that.

He came in and he said, hey daddy, how is your day at work today?

And I said it was good and he's like, did you get to cut anybody open today?

And I said, yes, we did have to cut some people open today and he goes oh that's cool and he walked away

But he did it and like this very like mature kind of like he had his hands in his pocket like he was just making like kind of small talk you know

But what was cool is like Isaac is kind of starting to understand like what I actually do at work and he even

tonight he we were praying he said thank you God for helping daddy to save somebody's life this week.

Wow.

And it was pretty cool because I told him about the other day we had a crazy I'm on trauma now

trauma surgery and we had this a crazy case come in and I got to do a procedure where basically you, it's called a

Raboa where you put a catheter up somebody's aorta from their groin you use the

for moral artery and go up into the aorta and then up to like the aortic arch
