My name is Paige and just about a year later I'm excited to say that Mike Glover is back on here with me.

Oh definitely.

So this podcast is going to be a little bit different because obviously I already know Mike's story because I got to interview him before.

So this is just going to work a little bit differently and be more of a conversation instead of so much of tell me where everything began and how it is that you've become who you are today.

Yeah I like that.

Well what's cool about this podcast opportunity is your audience in this podcast will learn more about you as well.

Because I think there's a lot of things about you know your motivations that are told in a couple sentences that could be talked about in detail.

That you don't get the opportunity because you're interviewing you know by default of your own description via your podcast experts in their field and extracting all the information that you can to benefit other people.

There's probably a lot of beneficial things in your life and experiences that could benefit other people and we've talked about it before.

Yeah.

So I'm interested kind of in the overall conversation.

Yeah.

Yeah I'm not super great at talking about myself but I don't know you and I connected over the podcast and then you're just an easy person to talk to when I was going through a lot of stuff when or shortly after I interviewed you and then for some reason I talked to you about it.

Yeah.

It was very helpful.

That's good. You went through some things that I think people go through all the time and but don't necessarily know how to deal with things.

You know like there's no guidebook right there's an instruction manual on how to live life and now I think more so than ever.

It's just it is how it is but we don't have kind of the support networks that we maybe would have had years ago or maybe never have had had.

But the interesting thing is like when you open yourself up because you trust somebody and you maybe seek some different perspectives it helps.
