This is all from studies.

It was on a Berkeley website I was reading.

Okay.

So it's not a Christian thing,

but it's amazing how it affirms what the Bible is telling us,

again, about how human beings work and work best.

Here's one amazing way they found that gratitude actually helps us.

They say they've found it replaces resentment, replaces anger, and replaces envy in the people that they studied.

They had them write gratitude letters.

Just go through the motions.
