Well, good morning, everybody. It is Melanie Mitro, the host of the Women Inspiring Women podcast. And it is Thanksgiving week, which means utter chaos, right? I know that for me and my

family, we have so many different holiday traditions and we're

trying to be everywhere and everything to everyone. And it's just wild and crazy here in the

Metro house right now. Saturday, we spent the day with my family, my mom, and my grandma,

my aunts and my brother. And this week, we are with my family, my mom, and my grandma, my aunts, and my brother. And this

week, we are having my family, my parents, and my husband's parents, and his sisters over

to the house for a little Thanksgiving celebration. And we have so much to be grateful for.

We have our health. We have each other. We have a roof over our

head. We have two incredible businesses that we run. And we have wonderful children that are just like

the center of our world. And we're so grateful that we have the ability to just sort of grow through this experience and through entrepreneurship.

And the one thing I was thinking about this weekend, as I was waking up and I talk a lot about

my morning practice and as I was setting my intentions for the day, I really thought to myself,

like, how do I want to approach my day?

And I thought about I don't want to be that person that gossips or complains.
