What? Wait, we celebrated 10 at the end of 10.

And so last year was that, yeah, okay.

It's fine. I pass math. I know what I'm doing.

I barely did, which is why I am now a podcaster and a writer.

But we are. which is now a podcaster and a writer.

But we are celebrating over a decade of doing this and as per tradition our January

episode is a best of the year prior so this year it's a best of

2023. The year in review exactly and we're gonna start off with like our horror faves and some horror

adjacent faves but Andrew and I have been talking about this for the last little while

and in 2023 was a real weird year for horror.

It was kind of a rough year.

There are some real highs that we're going to talk about,

but then a lot of lows.

And this is a sentiment I've seen across a few articles,

podcast, things like that.

Because about halfway through the year, I actually felt like I was going a little loopy

because I was like, am I just missing everything? Is there some cool horror thing

...
