Just so you know, because we always have new people listening to the show, I am an introvert and kind of a nerd and not really socially adapt and all that sort of stuff, okay?

I get lost in my own head.

I don't need to go on about this.

But I've lost my thought, this is really helpful.

I'm going to commit this to memory.

I don't know who came up with this.

But it's about being in a relational mindset instead of collapsing inward. Okay.

And there's an acronym, Kake, C-A-K-E.

Here's what I need to do, remind myself to be curious, let's see, about what's happening in someone else's heart.

And then I need to express appreciation for that person in some way.

So that's the appreciation.

The K is I need to act out some sort of kindness

to that person. And then the E is the hardest thing of a mall for me, and that is eye contact.

But if I do these things, I stay, it's the doing, right?

Yes, it is. That helps change this, but then I'll stay in a more relational context

instead of collapsing inwardly.

You'll be connected.

Which as somebody who's a believer, I have to stay relational. The other's not an option.

So it's be curious about the person who's in front of you, express some appreciation.

So you'll hear yourself doing that. You'll grow in love for that person, some kind of act of
