I wanted to pop on and do a little quicky episode for you guys. I know it's Friday. It's not my typical podcast day, but why the hell not, right?

So I just returned from Boston. I was in Boston yesterday for the Massachusetts Conference for Women.

And you guys, it was a wild event.

It was 13,000 women in attendance.

Elizabeth Gilbert was the keynote speaker.

Amal Clooney was there.

She was speaking as well.

There were just so many women in that convention center that were

looking for inspiration, looking to be motivated, looking to be reignited with passion, to learn

skills, to learn tips and tricks from industry leaders. And it was such an honor and a privilege

to be on that lineup. I spoke on a panel

called The Power of Personal Branding and I thought to myself as I was speaking to this room

full of women, how incredible would it be for me to take those tips and strategies that I shared

and bring them to the podcast? So I had a cup of coffee. I woke up this morning and I said,

where is my mic? I have to jump on and share the stuff because you guys know that I love

bringing you value. I know so many of you wanted to be there yesterday and you couldn't be there.

So I am bringing you the goods. Okay. So personal branding, I feel like is a beast of a topic.

And it's like, I feel like the term

personal branding is kind of one of those like buzzword terms that people throw it around. A lot of

coaches talk about it. A lot of people will write books on it and sell you courses on it.
