We are currently experiencing COVID-19, and we are going to talk about how we think this is temporary

and what we can do about it.

What can we do about it? Well, not about

COVID, but about our weight loss, fitness, health during this time. Yeah, we need to come up

with better introductions. I feel like we're all over the place. They're like, are you going to

talk about Gilligan's Island? That's the only three-hour tour. I know. You're talking about-
