Okay, today we are going to be talking about a pretty highly requested case and one that you may have

kind of on your radar because it's been in the news a lot lately.

We are going to be talking about Alex Murdoch and his family.

So the Murdoch family has been hitting national headlines lately after patriarch Alex Murdoch has

been facing a grand jury indictment on the murder of his wife and son. There's a lot of mystery

not only surrounding their murders but also about their potential ties to other death investigations.

And I was hesitant to cover this because it's currently ongoing so we I know that like there's

going to be more than what I'm going to tell you today. Yeah, but we've had a lot of requests

to cover it and I know that a lot of people are confused with what's going on since it's all

over the news. So let's dive in. Okay, the Murdoch's are a family from the southern part of South

Carolina holding several powerful positions, legal positions for the past 100 years. They're a

very prominent family in the area and members of the Murdoch family have been practicing law and

South Carolina since 1910. Wow. And three generations of the family have served as solicitor of the

14th judicial circuit for more than 86 years. Alex Murdoch is the patriarch of this story and his

grandfather and grandfather and great-grandfather have all served as top prosecutors across the state.
