The rule of law is not just some lawyer's turn of phrase. It is the very foundation of our democracy.

The essence of the rule of law is that like cases are treated alike.

If there are not be one rule for Democrats and another for Republicans, one rule for the powerful, another for the powerless, one rule for the rich, and another for the poor, or different rules depending upon one's race or ethnicity.

To serve as attorney general at this critical time is a calling I am honored and eager to answer.

Yeah. And not only that, Pete, we also have an old story concocted by congressional Republicans about a whistleblower. We know how these House Republicans and Senate Republicans are with their whistleblowers.

And this whistleblower apparently claimed Biden was involved in a criminal scheme with a foreign national. We have the Department of Justice sentencing recommendations for the oath keepers.

I've been waiting for this. These got the ones that were convicted of seditious conspiracy and others and a verdict in the month's long proud boys trial.

So let's start Pete with Georgia, at least eight fake electors in Georgia have accepted immunity deals in the fall and county DA's ongoing and criminal criminal investigation into Trump and his allies.

Now, background here, we know that funny well as filed a motion to remove fake elector lawyer, DeBro, because there were conflicts within the ranks of the 10 fraudulent electors that she was representing. And then Kathy Latham, a fraudulent elector herself represented by DeBro, filed a motion to join Donald Trump's 51 page weird lawsuit asking the court to throw out the special purpose grand jury report, quash future indictments.

Anything resulting from the work of the special purpose grand jury should be quashed. And what's important about Kathy Latham is she was the person who aided and abetted the Trump campaigns theft of voting machine data in coffee county.

I was thinking if there were, you know, fraudulent electors turning on each other, it might be her. And her filing to join Trump's lawsuit tells us she's probably not one of the electors that got an immunity deal.

No, probably not. And we know about the eight immunity deals from a filing made by the electors lawyer, DeBro, this is the one funny willess wants to remove from the case. And this was her filing that was due May 5th in response to funny willess's motion to have her removed as a lawyer, funny willess's response to Trump's lawsuit is due May 15th. It was May 1st, but the judge judge Mick Bernie extended it to May 15th because Kathy Latham wanted to join in on this lawsuit filed by Trump.

This immunity was offered last month and DeBro claims in her filing that none of her clients are incriminating one another. She also claims that she did offer the immunity deal to her clients and they turned it down.

And talk to me for a second, Pete, because you don't offer immunity unless you get something in return.
