I would love if you would just start with telling us a little bit about you and your background and what led you to become the vagina whisperer, which is a huge title. Right. Thank you. So I, as you just already kind of shared, I'm a pelvic floor physical therapist. I've been a pelvic floor PT for 17 years. It's all that I've done after a graduate school. And I really specialized in pelvic health right out of grad school because I loved working with this patient population. I thought it was fascinating to understand more about my own body, but then also work with people who I just kept hearing over and over like, why didn't anybody tell me about this sooner or I wish I would have known about this sooner? And it just
