0:28.0	This is episode 12, I believe.
0:30.5	And first of all, allow me to excuse ourselves.

0:38.8	We've been absent for a little bit.
0:40.0	Our last podcast I believe was around like the end of January.
0:43.7	And the reason for that was because we had a very big event, which you all knew about,
0:48.3	called the Heavy Academy Down in Las Vegas.
0:50.3	And believe it or not, preparing for that event took a lot of our time, a lot of our energy.
0:55.6	But the good news is it recharged us and gave us some new ammo and a lot of cool things
1:02.6	to talk to you guys about today.
1:04.5	Which is what today's podcast is going to be about, not all about, but definitely going

1:12.2	Before we get started, obviously you guys know who's with us.
1:15.5	We have to my right, Mr. Kenneth Thompson, long time friend of mine, in fact, my oldest
1:20.1	friend here at the table, known each other since 5th grade and he is a real estate guru

1:32.1	I feel like wellness in general, it's difficult to be an expert in, but I'm passionate about
