Summary

This week we are joined by Dr. Ben Bocchicchio, a doctor of exercise physiology.  Dr. Ben began low carb eating and fasting interventions in the 1970's.  He is one of the fathers of high intensity interval training (HIIT). He created slow resistance training in 1973 now called  SMaRT training (Slow, Maximum, Response Training). His book "15 Minutes to Fitness" is the bible for combining controlled carb eating with high intensity exercise for all populations.  Dr. Ben will likely change your view of the importance of exercise.  Thank you for listening.

Just to give you a little history about Ben and my history with him,

I was at the low-car of USA conference, and I see this guy in a muscle

shirt and shorts come walking in asking a question, and he has a really smart question.

And I turned to my buddy, Doug Reynolds, who runs the whole thing, and I said,

You know, who's he think he has come in like this?

He said, oh, he's teaching in class.
