Lord, would you watch and protect this time together that we have?

Lord, as we sit under your teaching, would you speak to our hearts, Lord, clear our minds and

even our bodies, if they're anxious or whatever it may be, Lord, would you just give us peace

that we may be able to hear you speak this evening? So thank you for your teaching. Thank you for

I want to welcome those of you that are joining us online. We're starting a little bit early for a reason.

We're really looking forward to hearing from Wally and Mara, who I asked to come and share with you about the Nepal missions very

exciting so come on up you guys yeah get this thing situated here this thing is all buss up like me.

We are Wali and Mara Tanaka, and we do short-term missions to Nepal.

This past November, we're so blessed to be prayed over and sent out from Calvary Chapel Karni, which we are proud to call our home church.

Many of you faithfully prayed for our team the whole time that we were on that mission,

and more recently in January. So today, Mar will tell you a little of what this Nepal medical

mission is about. Where is Nepal?

Nepal is a beautiful country nestled along the southern slopes of the Himalayan mountain range, home of Mount Everest.

Nepal is a developing country, the average monthly income being less than $200.
