It is Melanie Mitro, the host of the Women Inspiring Women Podcast.

And I just want to take a moment to say thank you guys so much for tuning in every week,

for tagging me on your Instagram stories and telling me what you learn from my weekly episodes.

This podcast is a labor of love to me personally. A few years ago, maybe even four or five years ago, I started

doing what is called Business Tip Tuesday. And for those of you that have been around for a long

time, you may remember my weekly live videos that I used to do

on Facebook. And I love training other people. I love showing up and sharing advice and giving

you tips and knowledge and really giving you insight into how I've built my business. And I'm

sitting here this morning thinking about the next few months and how this has always

been the time of year where I have built the biggest momentum.

This is the time of year when 90% of society checks out and goes on cruise control.

This is the time of the year where people either do one of two things. They realize they're really far away from the goals and the vision

that they set themselves for 2019. So they either turbo charge it and put it into high gear or they just chalk it up to a failure.

And for me, I don't look at this season of the year as hard or as a struggle or a bad time to start a business.

I look at this time of the year as everything, the best time of year to build a business. And I as a business owner have always had
