Summary

H. E. Puthoff, Ph.D. of the Institute for Advanced Studies at Austin authored a paper entitled Ultraterrestrial Models which was published in Journal of Cosmology, Vol. 29, No. 1. He suggests a concerted effort be made to investigate evidence for extraterrestrial phenomenon from a different viewpoint, but we contend the evidence for some of what he seeks can be found in Scripture!
