The rule of law is not just some lawyer's turn of phrase. It is the very foundation of

our democracy. The essence of the rule of law is that like cases are true and alike.

There not be one rule for Democrats and another for Republicans, one rule for the powerful,

another for the powerless, one rule for the rich, and another for the poor,

or different rules depending upon one's race or ethnicity.

To serve as Attorney General at this critical time is a calling I am honored and eager to answer.

Tucker Carlson is leaving Fox News after a long story career and after a settlement is reached

in the Dominion defamation case. An agreement is reached between Alvin Bragg and Jim Jordan

for the testimony of Mark Pomerance and an update on broader dissemination of the to share a

classified material than was previously known. Yeah, and that's a big, big story. And we're

going to hit that in the in the D block, but we have so much to cover today. And we're all like,

can we just go home early today? Tucker's out of Fox. And we're just all sort of super happy about

that. But and as the reporting, we keep in mind, we record this show on Monday. And I'm sure more

reporting will come out about the reasons, but we'll talk about that when we talk about the

Dominion of Fox settlement. Apparently they aren't really related. It's got more to do with the
