It's an amazing day. How are you doing, Neil?

So I gotta ask you because I know you're ready to tell me all about it.

Why should I go rush out and get a new iPad?

If you're a listener to the Apple Insider Podcast, you probably shouldn't go out and get a new iPad,

but maybe you should recommend that your parents go get a new iPad would be the way that I would put it.

They straightened me out.

They released a new low-end iPad this week which is actually a really compelling buy for

people that don't need the latest and greatest. There are some downsides to it

but those are the trade-offs that you get when you

price it at $130 or I'm sorry 330 dollars which is significant I'm buying

too I know 330 dollars which is considering that the old iPad Air 2 was previously priced at $400.

This new model with a faster processor comes in $70 cheaper and basically to me signals probably

the end of the iPad mini in the long term.

So no iPad mini, we think that might go away. And the $339 iPad that replaces the air,

it got a faster processor, didn't it?
