Managing editor of Leadership Journal. I'm actually holding up a copy of the magazine

because we're discussing it this week, which is why Drew is on the show. And I'm doing

something a little bit different. I've made a change because we had talked for quite a while

about adding a fourth chair to the set. And I decided that three is really the ideal number

and it's hard to have a conversation with more than three people. So instead, I'm cycling

third voices in and out. So Christian will be here quite often, but we will occasionally

cycle her out for Drew or other friends or guests rather than trying to have four here.

So if you wonder where Christian is, we're starting a new practice of putting more than

one voice in that chair, the middle chair. She'll be back next week.

A lot of innuendo there. And fantasy island. Did that? Yeah.
