0:02.0	We're going to do a heart-locking meditation.
0:05.0	We're just going to slow down for a second,
0:08.0	put your hand on your heart and engage the heart.
0:12.0	Your heart is full of life.
0:14.0	So take a deep breath.
0:23.6	And just focus on your breath. Sense the breath
0:31.6	Replenish in you.
0:34.6	It is spirit and it is life. Breathing in, I calm my body. Breathing out.
