Summary

Today, we take the time to sit down and chat with Youtuber, entrepreneur, social media guru, and true Asian BOSS Girl, Jenn Im!! She is someone who is super proactive about truly understanding herself and is setting an amazing example for others to do the same. She has spent hours reading self-help books, attended vulnerability events, and written countless pages in her journal to process her thoughts. You may know her as one of the OGs in the fashion space through her YouTube channel, ClothesEncounters, which boasts over 2 million subscribers. But today, she is joining us as just another human being who shares the same struggles many of us do on a day-to-day basis. 0:32.7

talked about this concept of doing the work, you know, really digging deep and getting to know

0:37.2

yourself. And when we talked about having you on, we discussed, you know, having a format that

0:41.2

was going to be a really personal conversation, almost like a therapy session, so I was, you know,

0:46.0

not as like intimidating, so thank you so much for agreeing to be on and joining us for

0:51.0

so excited to have you here. Oh, thanks guys. Honestly, I'm so stoked to be here. This kind of

and then there was my negative state that felt completely hopeless, like existential,

1:56.3

angry. So it always felt like the pendulum was swinging back and forth, and I can like,
