time!

Hello! Welcome to December!

Actually, no, we already had an episode on December 1st.

Yeah, we did, but we didn't get to say happy December.

Happy December.

I feel like we kind of talked about how excited we are for the holiday spirit.

That's true.

Update my mom when she went to one of my cousin's funeral a couple months ago.

She brought me back a bracelet that she keeps forgetting to give me

and she just handed it to me.

It is the Saint Benedict charm bracelet and she was thrilled because

she was listening to, I'm at my grandparents house right now and my family came down

and drove from a different, they drove from Vermont, I drove from Boston.

Anyway, that doesn't matter, but they were listening to the podcast the whole way down

and we were talking, we were reading someone's story, a listener's story,

about the Saint Benedict charm.

So she was so excited to give it to me.

Oh, that's so sweet.

Liz Sauer always talks about the Saint Benedict medals and having them around your house to protect the home.

On the back of my Saint Benedict charm, it says, may his presence protect us in the hour of death.

Wow.
