Summary

Over a span of 20 years, an over the road trucker from Richland County established himself as a serial child predator. Convictions and jail time could not deter him and he continued his monsterous ways. When law enforcement rceived the evidence needed to put him away forever, he vanished. Hopefully one day, he can be brought to the justice that he deserves.
