I personally am excited to discuss this because

oftentimes I feel the word is overused, kind of like anxiety and narcissism. So personally,

having dealt with trauma, I'm excited to cover this topic today, guys.

Yeah, I think it's, you know, the term is something like, um, word creep or whatever.

It's creeping definition that kind of starts to bleed out from the proper boundaries of what it

really means, you know, and we, and you're right,

we discussed a similar issue with narcissism and gaslighting and, you know, and this is even

more important that I told you guys, I want to make sure that we're really clear with two

major points. One is that trauma is real and there really is post-traumatic stress.

And number two, the overuse of the word trauma. And I mean kind of with an expectation that

everyone back off, I am going through trauma right now. The overuse like that is also real.

And we have to kind of think about both of those

things at the same time. Because I don't want to run the risk of minimizing real trauma

while we're trying to help, you know, sort of pack the definition back into the words and keep it

in its proper space. That's exactly right.
