And you are, and I saw you said you went to school, you see Irvine. And so I'm literally 10 minutes away from Irvine right now. I'm in a place called Laguna Hills.

I don't know where you, where are you located currently? I'm actually located in Garden Grove, three miles away from Disneyland. Nice. Well, you're just, you're darn near neighbor. So we've had quite a few Californians, like my neighbors on the show that I don't know. We had, we had Dr. Angela Stanton on the other day who's just someraine work and she's up in Anaheim, or Anheim Hill. So we're all in the same day. We have to have a big, a big HBO podcast meetup at some point maybe. Yeah, because I used to be in Newport for a while. Okay, yeah, yeah, definitely knows where that is. So, Zach, let's, so give us a quick just intro for people that haven't heard of you or met you before. Just kind of give us a little bit of your background, and then we can get into somewhat, I think, is going to be some very interesting topics. Sure. Well, I'll tell you what, I'll tell you how I got into medicine, and then I'll tell you how I got into what I do now. back in high school, I was actually a long distance runner,
