Good morning, everybody. It is Melanie Mitro from the Women Inspiring Women Podcast.

And I am not coming to you at our regularly scheduled time, which is typically on Tuesdays.

I was down and out with a wicked stomach flu this

past week and I, it took me a few days to recover and shame on me for not having episodes
