Good morning and welcome to another exciting edition to BTL Bass Talk Live.

We are going to talk about Bass Fishing. We got a good show today. We have John Cruz, he's actually, I see him down there there he's logged in as Johnny missile.

Uh, no that was Johnny football. I was thinking of

uh down there at Texas A&M, I'm Johnny Manzel, but every once in a while I get a message that warms the heart.

So back in August, I think, Billy from One Bass put a deal out, you know, they had the One Bass, Western Open,

the Lake Mead Open that just took place, talked about Julius Maisie, who's actually been on the show before for Guide Day, took home the $10,000 plus a fully loaded Ranger Mercury combo at $55,000 at $45.24 pounds. But back on that show, he had come out and said,

hey, you know, we're trying to make sure we need some more AAA anglers and if you remember how it works out there with the one bass one of the really cool formats that they do is they do a shared weight format which works really well out on the West Coast for those guys.

So it's a three day tournament everyone fishes all three days and

as a triple A you get three random draws and like if you catch all the fish

the five fish it counts for your pros weight.

If the pro catches all five, it counts for his weight.

If you catch two and your pro catches three,

then it's the best five.

So it encourages working together.

Like you're in it basically in three separate team tournaments,

and then your weights carry over to the next day.
