The rule of law is not just some lawyer's turn of phrase. It is the very foundation of

our democracy. The essence of the rule of law is that like cases are true and alike.

There not be one rule for Democrats and another for Republicans, one rule for the powerful,

another for the powerless, one rule for the rich, and another for the poor,

or different rules depending upon one's race or ethnicity.

To serve as Attorney General at this critical time is a calling I am honored and eager to answer.

a Trump indictment from the Manhattan District Attorney is expected either late Monday or Wednesday.

According to Politico, we just so everyone knows we record this show on Monday afternoon.

Yeah, absolutely. And there's no telling when it's going to show up. I know I saw on Twitter that

in my PD was putting barricades in place around the New York courthouse today or really like late this

morning. So I do think something's imminent. Now, but beyond that, you're right. We have a ton to

talk about. We're also covering the indictment of Guo Wingi, a 400 page filing in Georgia by Trump's

lawyers trying to quash any indictments there by trying to both discredit the special

purpose grand jury. And finally, potentially money laundering through the parent company of

Trump's truth social being investigated in the Southern district in New York. The story was

reported by Hugo Lowell and the Guardian and won't be speaking with him about the details of

those payments. Yeah. And so I'm looking forward to talking to Hugo about that. But first,
