Today is a very, very special episode.

It's the 100th episode of VMR, 100. And Robbie asked me to reflect on our 100th episode.

And truly, I've been able to really appreciate

VMR more than most others on the CP solvers. Why is that? Because I took a hiatus of one

month from VMR. And during that hiatus, my happiness level fell.

And it didn't fall because of missing out on medical concepts or topics.

The happiness fell because I was missing out on the community.

I think what we have accomplished as a team, not just the CP Solvers team members or contributors,

but everyone in that chat, everyone that joins us, is something amazing.

It really is.

And I think we're bringing the best elements of diagnosis, teaching, and creating a safe learning environment.

So what I want you to do for the next minute, because Robbie makes me do this almost on every

RLR episode. And before I ask you to close your eyes and reflect, remember, we do need a case

presenter for today's 100

BMR episode, which will be featured on the podcast. So if you're going to present the case,

just know that it will be featured on the podcast. What I want you to do is just close your eyes
