I am your host, Brad Rowland, on this fine Mother's Day.

It's actually going to be a solo version of the podcast.

It should probably not even need to explain everything in terms of why I am by myself today, because it Mother's Day and frankly I didn't have a ton of windows in which to work with today in

terms of to record the podcast as well as the fact that we shout out to a few guests. Everybody

was doing Mother's Day activities and that's just kind of the name of the game here as well as

the fact that the Braves are going to be in action on Monday afternoon. So that sort of paved the way to a must record day of Sunday.

I was not going to be able to wait and do it on Monday because of the early start time

against the Cubs in Chicago on Monday.

So here we are for the podcast.

Probably a little bit shorter than normal just because it's just me on the pod.

But I do have a bunch of mailback questions to get through as well as the fact to just address the fact that the Braves are very, very good at baseball right now.

So we'll start there. The Braves finished up a four game series in Miami on Sunday with a victory. They won three of four in Miami and now they've won five of six.
