Hi, everyone.

It's Sally Clarkson and today I'm going to give you just a short little podcast.

I try to do something on Thursdays with either guests or just to give you something that's

been in my heart.

And last week I got so many different messages and emails from people who said they, it

really helped them to hear about the foundations of how you think in order to make it through

life.

And I find myself knowing that all the time, especially as I look back on my life, just the

things that I needed to know and think from scripture so that I could keep going.

And times when I'd either be discouraged or tired or whatever.

But today I want to talk a little bit about five ways to refuel yourself.

I love a normal life with in the same way you do.

Anyway, I wanted to write, I wanted to talk to you about five ways to on a consistent

basis, fill yourself up so that you can keep going.
