Well, when I got out of the military, I learned how difficult it is to transition

because once you leave the military, it doesn't have an interest in helping you.

And basically, I have kids and I asked them what was the deal with healthcare.

They said, well, that ends tonight at midnight.

So, you have to transition, it's difficult.

And I know some guys that would rather go to combat than fill out a resume

because combat makes sense to them.

And a resume doesn't, but they also don't realize the skills they have

that they learn in the military, which are how to solve a problem, how to ask a question,

how to handle stress, and how to calm the fuck down basically.

And how to lead people.

Yeah, seriously, lead and be lead.

And there's a lot of managers and not a lot of leaders.

That's true.

And they're willing to talk to each other.
