Hey everybody! Welcome to the most wonderful Rua State podcast ever. I am your post-dwarf

Dwarf Dunaer, and remember our motto here is People Before Profits. People Before Profits. So my goal here at Dwarf Dunaer is to teach you how to become a very successful Rua State investor

by helping to stress homeowners along the way. So again, I'm Dwarf Dunaer, and I am so excited that you're here.

So for those of you that maybe don't know me, I started off as a broke single mom who was fired from Denys. Denys. On third shift no less. Third shift who inspired like 345 in the morning.

I did. That's a long story. I had to go over my website and listen to my testimonial. But I did. And so how does a broke single mom fire from Denys? Become one of the top real estate and sharkers in the country.

Well a lot of trial. Want to air? A lot of success. So my goal here is to share the success and teach you the success and help you cut out the trial and error.

Because if there's any done mistake that's ever been made, I'm pretty sure I've made all of them. And there's a reason for you to go through and make mistakes when I've made them all for you.

When did you know that every single saltier year? Then when they forced us out the list of all the new millionaires, most of them became millionaires through real estate, real estate investing.

So there are more new millionaires every year through real estate investing than any other asset group.

I mean you certainly have the Amazon type people on the Facebook type and you certainly have those ones in a lifetime sort of things like that. But on average, if you look at all the people, most everyone that becomes a new millionaire does it through real estate investing.

So that is what we are here to talk about every week and to teach you and share with you so that you can become the next millionaire real estate investor.

If I can do it, trust me, you can do it. There is nothing special about me. I just happen to have a lot of drive and a lot of willpower. I had no special secrets and special education.

In fact, I don't even have real estate license of this day. Just went into investing and figured it out and made it happen and wrote a bunch of programs you see behind me. And here we are.
