I'm your host Kara Awal Laba and I am so excited to be here with you today. It's the end of August. I can't believe

summer is over. I'm not a summer baby. Like I've never really been somebody who

enjoys the heat. I really love the fall. I love the spring. I love crisp feeling seasons. Like if give me

like a foe for a jacket, give me a hot chocolate or a coffee or a glass of red wine in a fireplace and I am like totally

like blist out happy vibes. He, not so much. So I am kind of happy that the

summer is wrapping up.

However, it did go by really, really quickly.

And I've just been in this space lately

where I am so aware of the fact that 2018 is coming to a close. And know maybe I'm jumping the gun I know we still have a couple of months

But I always feel like September back to school season that whole kind of vibe, is the perfect time for me personally to really

look at my business, to look at my life, and just to see where I'm going for the rest of the

year, how I want to wrap up 2018 and I thought that I

would hop on today I don't have a script don't have a plan I mean I never have a

script but usually I have some kind of talking points or some general
