Good morning, everybody. get to the show. Here's your host, Melanie Mitro. Good morning, everybody. Welcome to the Women Inspiring Women Podcast. I am Melanie

Mitro, the host of today's episode. And we are going to be discussing a topic that for whatever reason, I have just really felt called

to speak on today. And today's topic is gaining clarity in your why. You know, I have been a part

of my network marketing business for six years now. And I have seen a lot of people come and go,

you know, over the course of six years. And my initial gut reaction is to say, what could I have

done differently to keep that person to stay in this business? And one day, it hit me like a ton of

bricks that I don't need to convince people

to stay. I just need to leave an imprint on their life in such a way that I put my fingerprints

on them and inspire them or give them tools or or give them just resources to be able to gain clarity in their why and

their life purpose. And even if my business is not the business for them forever, at least I

help them to gain clarity into what they really love and want out of life. And I have, I am going through this,

this process of sort of blessing and releasing and just encouraging people to find their why. And so

I started to do some research on, you know, if you, if you were to come to me and say, I don't

know what my why is, or I've lost my passion for my business, or, you know, if you were to come to me and say, I don't know what my why is, or I've lost my

passion for my business, or this business isn't the same business that it was when I started,
