Let's get started. How did your wild and free group start? Well, I saw there was a need because there was no

wild and free groups around Indiana. So I asked my friend Heather, she wanted to start it with me.

And so we just made a Facebook page for it and started inviting a few homeschool families that we knew.

And then it just kind of took off by word of

mouth it's all homeschooling moms even though we say anyone's welcome to join and some haven't even

started homeschooling yet some still have really little kids and others have been doing it for a lot longer than

i have in fact my friend hether has high school kids so it's kind of fun to learn from her because she's so knowledgeable.

But it's been so fun.

And yeah, there's around 30 moms now that are a part of it.

I think it's really fun to connect with like-minded mamas.

I think it's hard sometimes to connect with others who aren't necessarily homeschooling or whatever.

And I think it's been so good because I realize on this

homeschooling journey, I really need three things from other homeschooling moms. And it's encouragement.

I need cheerleaders. Just people telling me you're doing great. Keep going. You know, keep me moving

forward. Inspiration, I need other moms telling me, you know, what new books

...
