It is time for Brant's three things today.

The three things are three scriptures about anxiety that kind of jump out at me,

because obviously headlines

and everything we're going through. How about this one? Proverbs 1225. I've never noticed this

before and Sherry sent this to me. I thought this is a good. It says anxiety in a person's heart

weighs him down, but an encouraging word brings him joy.

I love that.

Two, when I was thinking about that second part, an encouraging word brings him joy to the person

who's anxious, that means you can bring someone, because joy is this persistent sense of

well-being.
