Summary

First things first Rest In Peace to George Floyd. This week we experienced yet another tragic death of an innocent black man at the hands of the police. This week’s episode is to create an open dialogue to discuss the untimely death of George Floyd, police relations within the black communities and subsequent fallout in Minneapolis, Minnesota and other communities around the country. What is happening in Minnesota is a due to a pattern of blatant racism within police forces across America & a failure for the system to resolve these issues. Today we examine them the best way we can. For the first hour we talk to OG Nate about all things real estate from the way it was done 25 years ago, hard money lending and multi units vs. single family homes. This episode is by far another classic!!
