interesting. You've got a book. It's called How to Win Your Local Election. And you actually

did this. I mean, you're not a politician. You're just, what do you do? You work in sales

with some shit? I did when I was on, when I was on city council. Now I've got, I've

gone full time with the podcast that I've created with the standup committee in front

of mine. So no masters right now. But yeah, I was in sales. I actually were for a Budweiser

whole sailor while I was on city council. Got out just in time, didn't you, bud? Yeah,

rocking our merch. So you ran for, you ran for city council. And what's the name of

the place? Fremont Nebraska? Yep. Fremont, Nebraska. Okay. How did that, what made you

decide to do that? Man, I thought about how I wanted to answer that because the true

story will make your eyes roll. So to back up a second, when I worked in a restaurant

in high school, and my boss used to go down to the city council meetings and raise

hell and then he tell us, you know, you should come check it out. So I went when I was

16. Wait, when you say raise hell, you mean like Alex Stein raising hell like acting like

a fool or just, you know, normal normally raising hell. Somewhere in the middle, not as

funny as Alex Stein unfortunately. He is a professional. But, you know, when I was in

high school, and I kind of talked about it in the intro to the book is I wasn't a good student.

My ambition in life was to be in a band. I wasn't a national honor society. Nothing like

that. I just went because I thought it was interesting. And while I was down there,

I was listening to the agenda and stuff. I thought, man, I don't know what any of the
