Welcome to 2025.

And to kick things off, we're getting our Oscar crew back together.

And we're going to talk about the Oscar season in general, the recent Golden Globes.

We're even going to try to rank our top 10 or what we think the top 10 best picture nominees will end up being once the Oscar nominations are announced.

Now, we were recording on January 14th, and the Oscar nominations have not been announced

yet.

I believe they would have been, but the fires have pushed those back.

So we're a little before what the Oscar nominations will be.

By the time this comes out, you know, it's going to be right around when they'll be announced.

So we'll see how we're talking about whether we're close to kind of some of our predictions and thoughts.

So let's go ahead and just dive into the episode and talk about the season thus far, the race.

And like I said, we've got our whole Oscar crew together.
