so I spin a few plates myself.

Being a mother can be the most amazing thing,

but can also be hard to find time for yourself and your own ambitions.

I want to be a bit nosy and see how other people balance everything.

Hey guys, I can't guarantee this is going to be as quiet as I've been lucky enough to be recently because I'm doing this in the same as Mickey.

There you go. It's Saturday just after lunch, just tidying up the kitchen.

Sometimes when it's lunchtime, I end up doing a slight cafe service, which I didn't mean to do.

So there were three variables of what we had for lunch today, but a lot of leftovers got eaten, and that's all good.

Actually quite a funny thing this week where I could not think what I wanted to make for supper

for the kids and I, and I actually used my cookbook as an idea of what to do.

And I did the chili in there which hadn't had for ages, and you know what?

It turns out really well.

And I've got a few meals out of it.
