You know how people can get stuck with like the stuff they went through with their parents?

And they can be living in reaction to that when they're 70, 75, 80, 90 still simmering

or something's still there and they're still focused on it.

I get it, we're humans, we're broken, but I think the same thing happens, it's very tragic,

I think the same thing happens with spiritual lives, like maybe you get burned by a church

or some quote-unquote Christians or something,

people who call themselves that, they do something horrible. And it's understandable, but it's

tragic because you can live out in reaction to that for the rest of your life instead of ever

really turning the corner to realize, like, yeah, that happened, but God is still good. And he's

still the way to peace.

And he even told me that there'd be people like that.

Like, that's a guarantee.

We're broken.

He acknowledges it and he does something about it. It's like, I would just encourage you, if that's you,

like you're still kind of living in reaction to all that.

Like, start thinking about getting to the other side

because it can be a really

beautiful and childlike place.
