I know we're stepping on toes here. I totally know that. Talking about phones.

There was this article about how we use phones as adults that kids suffer from secondhand phone use what

they meant was like we don't think it's a big deal but like no you have a baby for instance

you would have the baby lying on your chest sleeping but we're like oh i'm going to check some email

I'm going to check some of my stuff but from the very start of that stuff. But from the very start of their lives now,

they see us constantly going back to this glowing thing over and over,

this kind of sparkling, glowing.

I mean, what does that do to your sense about what's important?

It's a great point.

Yeah, I wondered about that.

Like, maybe somebody to make it too big of a deal.

I don't think they are.

I think there's something really going on.

Again, you don't get that time back.

And we're all, I do it too.

I pick up my phone just instinctively all the time, so I'm not pointing fingers.

But maybe there's something to that.

Kind of miss the people from the gym.

They're gone.
